Jim Scott, editor in chief, has more than 15 years' experience writing and editing, including four years at BabyCenter and three years as a senior editor of Health magazine, a National Magazine Award-winning magazine published by Time, Inc. He's the father of two sons.

Linda Murray, executive editor, has been writing and editing for more than 12 years, including eight years for the parenting audience. She's worked for BabyCenter for four years. Prior to joining BabyCenter, she was a senior editor of Child magazine, and before that she worked at Redbook, Self, and Cosmopolitan. She's the mother of a baby girl.

Kate Lee, senior editor, has been researching, writing, and editing health and medical stories for nine years. Before joining the BabyCenter staff three years ago, she covered women's health issues for Health magazine and Consumer Health Interactive Web sites.

Leah Hennen, senior editor, has been writing and editing for the parenting audience for 11 years. Before joining BabyCenter two years ago, she was a senior editor of Baby Talk magazine and an associate editor of Parenting magazine. She also served as the author of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' Planning Your Pregnancy and Birth, 3rd edition. She is the mother of two young children.

Dana Dubinsky, senior editor, has been writing and editing for BabyCenter's parenting audience for three years. Before that, she edited columns and features on food, travel, music, architecture, gardening, theater, art, and other topics for Sunset magazine and Westword, Denver's award-winning alternative weekly; wrote a weekly events column for San Francisco Sidewalk, an online city guide; and edited books for the University of Colorado Press. She has one young son.

Rebecca Michals, community manager, has been developing and nurturing BabyCenter's online parenting community for more than two years.

Katie Motta, assistant editor, is a recent graduate of Smith College. Before joining BabyCenter, she worked at The Industry Standard Magazine as an editorial assistant.
