Your computer may not have saved your "cookie." Just log in again, and your personal topics and reminders should appear on the home page.
If this happens all the time, when you registered you may have declined the option to log in automatically. To start logging in automatically, click on the "change profile" link at the top right of the page. Next to "Save your information to log in automatically?" click the "yes" button and hit "submit."
I forgot my password or username. What should I do?
If you can't remember your password while logging in, just enter your username, leave the password field blank, and hit "submit." This will bring up the password hint you entered when you first registered. If that doesn't jog your memory, visit our Username and Password Management page to retrieve them.
How do I change my username?
Any time you see a link to "register" or "change your profile," you can click on it to reach the registration page. (If you've registered before but don't see filled-in boxes, you'll need to log in first.) Once you're on the registration page, type in your new username, then scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."

You're probably using an outdated browser. The site will perform best if you use Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher; this is true for most sites. If your version is older than 3.0, we suggest you upgrade directly to 4.0 or higher. Click here for Netscape upgrades. Click here for Internet Explorer upgrades.
When I look at the daily news, I see the same stories I read the last time I visited the site. Why hasn't this been updated?
You're probably seeing an old page. We update the news every day, but you might be viewing a "cached" (stored) copy of the home page. Try holding down the shift key and clicking the "reload" or "refresh" button on your browser. If that doesn't work, close your browser and then reopen it. You should now see fresh stories.
